POLICIES

FRESH-CUT FLOWERS

Customers must call within 72 hours from day of purchase when unsatisfied with a fresh-cut flower arrangement. Arrangements will be picked up on the next best day and the recipient will receive a full replacement arrangement (flowers only OR flowers and vase, depending on the design) within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to our shop.

PLANTS

Customers must call within 7 days of purchase when unsatisfied with a plant product. Plants are guaranteed for 7 days after purchase. AVOF will pick up and replace plants within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to shop.

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise can be returned for in-store credit within 7 days.

RETURNED CHECKS

Returned checks will be subject to a $40.00 fee.
