Customers must call within 72 hours from day of purchase or delivery when unsatisfied with a fresh-cut flower arrangement. Arrangements will be picked up on the next best day and the recipient will receive a full replacement arrangement (flowers only OR flowers and vase, depending on the design) within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to our shop.
Customers must call within 7 days of purchase when unsatisfied with a plant product. Plants are guaranteed for 7 days after purchase. AVOF will pick up and replace plants within this time period. When the customer makes an in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to shop.
Merchandise can be returned with a receipt for a refund within 7 days. If a receipt isn't available, we can issue a store credit in the form of a gift certificate.
