Customers must call within 72 hours of purchase when unsatisfied with
fresh-cut flower product. Product will be picked up and recipient will
receive a full replacement arrangement within this time period. When
customer makes in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of customer
to return product to shop.
Customer must call within 7 days of purchase when unsatisfied with plant
product. Plants are guaranteed for 7 days after purchase. AVOF will pick
up and replace plants within this time period. When customer makes
in-store purchase, it is the responsibility of customer to return
product to shop.
Merchandise can be returned for in-store credit within 7 days.
